YouthPlaces develops the skills of the young people we serve, and in doing so, we increase their opportunity for success. We focus our efforts on underserved youth and young adults in high-risk communities where few other agencies operate. Our high-quality afterschool programs engage young people from within their community, and are responsive to input and feedback from youth leaders and the communities in which they live.

We implement programming in the four following program areas: YP Learns – academic enrichment & homework help; YP Fit – health & wellness and sports leagues; YP 1st Jobs – preparing youth for the world of work & career development and YP College ACCESS – providing opportunities & exposure to a variety of post-secondary options.
