Vincentian Collaborative System is a Catholic not-for-profit health care and human services organization that coordinates the care of three senior care communities – Vincentian Home, Vincentian de Marillac, and Vincentian Marian Manor – providing a continuum of care for seniors from independent living to personal care to memory are to skilled nursing and rehabilitation.  Vincentian also operates a rehabilitation company, a charitable foundation, and two childcare centers.   Serving persons of all religious backgrounds and income levels, the Vincentian system provides more than $7 million in benevolent care each year.

The Vincentian System employs over 600 people.  With a mission to provide a culture of wellness for all employees, Vincentian offers Thrive, a robust  employee wellness program.  Thrive provides the tools and resources for employees to expand, improve, or create a healthy lifestyle.   Employees can actively participate in the many Thrive events and activities such as bi-weekly Ways to Wellness sessions, challenges, community 5k events, wellness fairs, etc.
