Founded in 2005, Ruth’s Way, Inc. is an Achievement Consulting Agency for Adolescent Girls, focusing in the areas of Family Development, Care Coordination, Life Coaching, Life Skills, Job Development, Job Readiness (soft skills) and Mentoring. We also offer therapeutic treatment and counseling services for our girls who require mental health evaluations and/or services. Our Achievement Consultants are SFW (Strength-based Family Worker) credentialed, and our team includes Licensed Therapeutic Clinicians. With over 20 years of Social Services experience, together we form a team of phenomenal Behavioral Health Professionals.

We are team of behavioral health professionals who utilize a gender-specific approach to the provision of extensive supportive services which address the issues/barriers of our youth and their families through Family Development, Care Coordination, Life Coaching, Life Skills, Job Development, Job Readiness (soft skills) and Mentoring.
