Family Resources is a trauma informed care agency whose mission is to prevent and treat child abuse by strengthening families and neighborhoods. The Beverly Jewel Wall Lovelace out of school time program (BJWL) is an out of school program that is housed in 14 low income housing communities and two schools. Our program runs year round and is held Monday through Friday from 3pm until 6:30pm. During the summer the program is held from 9-4pm. We serve hot meals every day to the children who are part of the program, as well as children who live in the communities we serve as well. Programming focuses on many things including social and emotional learning.
