Family Care Connection is a family support center in Turtle Creek that serves young children (birth -5 years) and their families. Our services include preschool programming, parenting classes and home visiting. The vast majority of our services are completely free of charge. Family Care Connection is part of the non-profit arm of Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC.
