We believe consistent exercise and healthy eating are key to good health so we provide a 30-minute strength training workout that is fun, fast and safe. Our members get unlimited access to all new classes that improve balance, stability and core strength. Classes range from low to high intensity, which means there’s a program available for women of all ages and fitness levels. A Curves Coach is always there to train and motivate at every workout. Silver sneaker, silver & fit, active & fit classes vary according to the daily schedule. Zumba fitness is 9:30 -10:30 on Tues and Thurs morning and Wed nights 6:30 – 7:30pm, $5 a class.
