Chartiers Center’s primary focus is the integration of physical health and mental health wellness to enhance the quality of life for all people with behavioral or intellectual/ and developmental disabilities and substance use addictions. Our services include Outpatient treatment, Substance Abuse Outpatient treatment, Case Management services that include referrals and resources for those in need, along with mobile teams and housing supports for consumers who are homeless or risk losing their housing. We now offer tele-health services for all people looking for treatment from the safety and comfort of their home. Tele-health services are available for anyone dealing with issues of anxiety, depression and social isolation brought on during the COVID pandemic.

Health and wellness goals are part of all service plans for our consumers. The program staff work with each consumer on healthy options and daily physical activity and when necessary referrals are made to access food, housing supports and utility assistance to keep our consumers in a safe and healthy environment.
