Bethel Park Wellness Summit @ Bethel Park Community Center
Feb 27 @ 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
The Bethel Park School District and Municipality (both Live Well Allegheny Partners) invite everyone to attend the Bethel Park Wellness Summit, which will be held from 6 to 9 PM daily from February 23-28 at the Bethel Park Community Center.
The event is FREE and open to all Bethel Park residents, and coincides with the Recreation Department’s annual “Try It” Week, where over 50 classes will be available to try for free.
The Wellness Summit will focus on three areas: Nutrition, Stress Reduction and Mental Health.  Each evening will have a different theme, featuring a keynote speaker at 7 PM to address that day’s topic.  Each night there will also be resource tables pertaining to the day’s theme, with vendors offering various services and information.  There will also be raffles for gift certificates and other prizes.
