Looking for a midday break from classwork or activity for your kids to burn off some of their energy? Look no further than the weekly live Zoom workouts led by Coach Derrick of the Kids of STEEL program. Join us from 12:30 pm – 1:15 pm each Tuesday during the month of June for engaging and interactive calisthenics workouts that the entire family can do together. No equipment required and free of cost. To attend the class, log in to the following link at the time of the class on each Tuesday, enter the password KOS2020 and get ready to move!

First time doing a virtual, interactive workout? No problem at all- each exercise and workout will be scalable to accommodate all abilities and workout experience. Mom and dad- this is also a perfect time to move alongside your children on your lunch break! Each session will begin with a guided warm up, workout and conclude with static stretching or a quick yoga flow to refocus your children to get back to their classwork following our session.

If you are unable to attend but would still like to participate, we will be posting a recording of each session on the following Thursday of each week to our webpage at kidsofsteel.org. We look forward to moving with you!
