WALK THE WALK

What: Go on your own Recovery Walk and share photos/videos with us. You can post them on social media (tag @pghrecoverywalk and use #MyRoadPGH) or you can email your photos/videos to info@pghrecoverywalk.org

Where: Choose a route that is personally significant or use one of the suggested routes on pghrecoverywalk.org

When: We encourage you to walk on September 19, but feel free to do it before that, too

Why: To honor your own journey, inspire others, and fight destructive stigma

How: Walk alone or with friends. Wear a recovery walk t-shirt or not. Choose your own adventure. But don’t forget to share your photos/videos with us so we can include them in our livestream event!

TALK THE TALK

What: Tune into our livestream Recovery Walk event!

Where: It will be streamed to Facebook Live, Instagram Live, Youtube Live, and pghrecoverywalk.org

When: Saturday, September 19, 7pm Eastern

Why: To see stories, photos, music, Recovery Award winners, and more! And because now more than ever, we need to share a message of hope and support.

How: If you have Internet, you can do this! Visit pghrecoverywalk.org/ at 7 pm and join the party!
